No, real credit will be deducted for each text.
6. Will I be charged or receive points if the keyword sent is incorrect?
Your credit will be deducted and you will receive points for each text you send. Entries are not keyword specific.

It starts on February 7th 2025 (13:00:00hrs) and goes on to March 31st 2025 (23:59:59hrs).

8. Will there be a draw to determine the winner?
No, the game is based on rank. Hence to WIN, the customer must be Ranked 1, or 2. On
selected days there will be a giveaway, but those who wish to win the prizes should be ranked 1 or 2
9. How will I find out if I won a Prize?
Confirmation of Rank 1 or 2 will be received via text message and a Digicel representative will contact you accordingly.
10. When is the weekly prize win day?
The giveaway or instant win days are selected randomly, customers will be advised via text blast on “SMS GAME”. The game ends at 11:59:59PM on March 31, 2025, therefore customers should play till midnight to ensure their rankings.
11. Is the offer applicable to all Prepaid Price plans or it’s postpaid customers only? All Prepaid and personal postpaid customers can text to participate.
12. How will the winners be awarded?
The winners will be contacted, their cash prize will be loaded on their MyCash wallet as the primary method of disbursement. However, in the event this is not ideal based on customer location or situation, Digicel will award cash or will make a bank deposit. Any cash out fees will be borne by Digicel.
13. When will the winners be awarded?
Winners will be awarded within 7 days of the end of SMS game. Winners will be announced on social media.
